International Short Film Submissions

Chibi Films distribution division is accepting submissions of International Short Films for our DVD compilation series set for worldwide distribution. All genres accepted, including animation. Filmmakers will benefit in a 60% net revenue sharing program between other selected filmmakers on each particular DVD. The filmmaker will join Chibi Films in a non-exclusive agreement for worldwide distribution. Chibi Films Distribution includes, but is not limited to, retail rental and sell-thru, Internet, television, cablevision, Webvision, Video PodCasting, and Mobile Casting.

All submissions must be in English or sub-titled in English and be less than 40 minutes in length on DVD, unless prior approval has been given. All submissions must include a $15.00 submission fee for evaluation in the form of a check, money order, credit/debit card or Paypal. All accepted films receive final submission requirements and specifications.

All submission fees must clear funds before film is accepted for distribution.
