4. Demand Drafts to be payable at Trivandrum to Secretary, Federation of Film Societies of India
Instructions to Delegates:
* The filled up form can be sent either online or by post
* Please note the registration no of the form and send along with stamp size photograph and delegate fee to Secretary ,Federation of Film Societies of India Office, Kalabhavan, Trivandrum 695014, Kerala Ph: 0091 471 2321953
* You may collect your Delegate card only after submission of money from Federation of Film Societies of India Office, Kalabhavan, Trivandrum after 30th Nov 2008.
* If you want the card to be sent to you, please enclose Rs 5/-(Five rupees) stamped self addressed envelope along with registration no, delegate fee and stamp size photograph.
* Card will be ready only after receiving the photograph and delegate fee along with registration number.
