KODAK Look Manager System V2.1

Previsualize, Learn, and Communicate with the Language of Look.
KODAK Look Manager System leverages KODAK Color Science breakthroughs to bring educators and students the ability to accurately emulate and previsualize KODAK Motion Picture Films electronically.

Students can previsualize a scene shot on any of the KODAK Film stocks and model the effects of gels, filters, and different processing techniques as well as emulate manipulation in DI or the printing stage. At the same time, students who might be involved in production can create their own look for a scene and accurately put that look on the displays of other team members.

KODAK Look Manager System gives educators the power to instantly show the characteristics and behavior of film as an imaging medium accurately. This reduces the time and investment of actually having to shoot, develop, and print film to — for example — teach the effects of gels, filters, and processing techniques.

KODAK Look Manager System V2.1 – Cinematographer Edition
Compatibility with KODAK Display Manager System V4.1 and KODAK Display Manager System V4.1 Lite Edition means students can calibrate their monitors to see exactly what the production team sees.
Emulate digital and photochemical techniques, such as skip bleach and push and pull processes on any KODAK Film stock.
A new, more robust user interface allows you to import images more easily and organize them more intuitively - by scene and shot.
Scene Layout Mode lets you create and apply looks to an entire scene as well as shots within it.
Compare 1, 2, or 4 images on screen, or split an image and compare two looks head to head.
The Flowgraph View displays advanced digital intermediate processes—so you can make telecine adjustments and apply output timing and custom matrix and gamma looks.
Share looks via a file transfer protocol (FTP) site, e-mail or hard copy.
Improved e-mail communication allows you to send images with an option to resize based on screen resolution.
Speed enhancements make loading or creating new projects or image files faster than ever.
