To begin with some interesting observations with due respect to ftii seniors
I have noticed and faced three types of seniors viz
1) Encouraging (few)
2)Discouraging(Many)
3)Encouragingly discouraging( Plenty)...will go into details of this term later.
Also on its way the line theory in Cinema
