Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles

Welcome to the official website of the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA). IFFLA is a nonprofit organization devoted to a greater appreciation of Indian cinema and culture by showcasing films, honoring entertainment industry performers and business executives, and promoting the diverse perspectives of the Indian diaspora.

The eighth edition of IFFLA will take place April 20-25, 2010 at ArcLight Hollywood, a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Los Angeles. Submissions begin September 1, 2009 and run through January 8, 2010. For more information on how to submit your film, visit our website in late August.

IFFLA announces the IFFLA Film Fund, a new program that seeks to help emerging filmmakers realize their feature-length narrative and non-narrative film projects that reflect universal themes inherent within Indian culture. The 7th Annual Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles took place on April 21-26 at ArcLight Hollywood. The Festival ended on a successful note with over 7,000 festival-goers in attendance and an overwhelming number of sold out screenings. In addition to the 37 films screened this year, IFFLA took another important step in establishing itself as a key annual event for the Hollywood and Indian entertainment business community to come together and collaborate.
